I thought I would show you our camp setup so I have put together a video of our transportable ‘home sweet home’ with all our equipment. p.s. A couple of things I forgot to mention on the video: In my front bag, the black area you can see at the bottom when I take out my rain […]
Croatia was a mixed bag of experiences … good times with friends followed by busy roads, lots of buses and trucks and hills. Check out the video of our time in Croatia:
I’ve just loaded the second ‘Cyclopolitans in Italy’ video to Youtube. In this episode, we succeed in the ‘sister intercept’ mission and the Bromptons meet a couple of other bikes … they were a little bit intimidated but I don’t think it shows! Then they meet some trucks on the way to the ferry but again stand their […]
I have put up the first video from the Italian part of our Trip. Nunneries, tomato fields and über Italian cyclists … Check it out

Ok, so that’s not normal but you get my drift. I even enjoyed putting my clothes on coat hangers and folding […]
We have now reached Nice and have had the most gorgeous weather on our trip down to the south of France and along the ‘Med’. We have had days of 28 degrees and glorious sunshine, which is quite amazing for October! The campsites are once again empty now, much like when we started the Trip, […]
We absolutely loved Utrecht! It was very bicycle friendly (of course) and really beautiful as well. Here is the video from our time there ….
So after our ‘holiday’ we headed over to Split, as predicted, and then after spending a couple of days checking out the town and meeting some lovely hosts in our Airbnb accommodation, we cycled up the coast to Zadir. We discovered that the Croatian transport people obviously went to the same school as the New […]
Here is a short video of our Belgian experience. It is short because it rained a lot in Belgium and when it rains my camera is hidden deep under layers of waterproof gear … so can’t whip it out when the Husband is otherwise occupied, like I do on dry days.
